Early Childhood Educator

Remuneration - VECTEA Award inclusive of 11 weeks paid annual leave time.

Role availability - All positions are 15 hours per week + 5.75 hours planning time

• 2 Educator positions - 3 days per week: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

• 2 Educator positions - 2 days per week: Thursday & Friday

• 3 Educator Positions - 3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Skills

• Confidently apply your knowledge of Child Safe Standards and mandatory reporting
• Make learning exciting through play-based and intentional teaching experiences
• Take initiative and bring fresh energy to your role every day
• Nurture and support children to feel safe, happy, and ready to learn
• Help design creative programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Use intentional teaching strategies to guide children in reaching their developmental milestones
• Record meaningful daily observations to support each child’s individual learning journey

Qualifications

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care - ACECQA Approved certificate
• Current Working With Children's Check (WWCC)
• Clear National Police Check
• Mandatory Reporting & Other Obligations Certificate
• Food Handlers Certificate
